Your ongoing subscription provides a continuous, active commercial software license for the Privastream Cinema user interface and environment. This recurring fee directly funds our active backend server architecture, maintaining:

Encrypted Cloud Infrastructure: Continuous hosting of your private database profiles, secure login tokens, and cross-device interface sync parameters.

Data Optimization Synchronicity: Real-time processing pipelines for your local watch progress histories, library indexing, and personalized metadata caching

Over-The-Air (OTA) Delivery Engine: Automated application updates, stability hotfixes, and security patches delivered straight to your device to ensure ongoing compatibility with shifting Android operating systems.

Please Note: This recurring monthly fee is strictly for software environment maintenance and server database hosting. It includes zero content, media access, streaming links, or third-party add-on directories.

Technical Support Billing Adjustments & Variables

Final invoicing for live technical consultation services is variable and will be calculated dynamically based on the exact duration of the technical support call, the complexity of the local environment troubleshooting, and the specific scope of the deployment services rendered.

Standard Variable Rate Structure: Billed at an initial flat rate of $45.00 for the first 30 minutes, followed by an incremental variable rate of $15.00 per 15-minute block thereafter.

Pre-Authorized Caps: To protect our subscribers from unexpected charges, our IT staff will establish a pre-authorized billing cap at the start of the call. If your device optimization requires extended troubleshooting, the agent will request explicit verbal or written authorization before exceeding the initial time limit.

Service Complexity Variances: Basic application delivery via numerical shortcodes follows our standard base rate. Complex local network diagnostics, multi-device sync configurations, or deep Android TV system cache flushes may incur specialized administrative service fees, which will be detailed and itemized transparently on your final service invoice.
